Our Covid response

We recognise the seriousness of the coronavirus and its impact on people and businesses and are closely following Government guidelines, which we review on a daily basis.

Our aim during this pandemic is to protect our staff and the wellbeing of our clients, whilst continuing to provide a full service to the best of our ability. We have implemented a ‘limited office access’ policy and the team are now working remotely. Although the team will have full access to our systems, this may result in a delay to our normal response times.

We have limited all non-essential face to face meetings with clients, but are conducting video and phone calls in the meantime. We are keeping the situation under constant review. We would like to reassure you that we have robust plans in place to ensure that we remain as fully operational as possible. The situation is changing on a daily basis and will communicate any significant changes to the way in which we operate.

Please continue to contact us in the usual way through email or a phone call to the office.
